Place the tissue flat on the provided blue 12" × 18" cutting board.

Place the outer frame of the cutting guide over the area of tissue to be sectioned.

Secure the outer frame onto the cutting board using the 4 push pins provided.

Place the cutting guide into the frame over the tissue, starting with either vertical or horizontal cuts.

Carefully lift and rotate the cutting guide 90 degrees and secure it back in the frame to perform the remaining cuts.

NOTE: Sometimes the scalpel cutting can create static cling between the cutting guide and desiccated tissue. If this occurs, wait a moment for static to dissipate.
